Middle School Girls Basketball: Emereau 34, Elizabethtown Christian Academy 13.

Elizabethtown, NC - The Emereau Bladen girls defeated Elizabethtown Christian Academy on Thursday evening. Emereau used a balanced scoring effort to get the 35-11 win.

Harper Allen got the scoring started by laying in a basket and draining a free throw, with Tinsley adding in a layup of her own. Angelina Jones scored a two point basket as well as Lila Young scoring a layup.

Sarah K. started off Elizabethtown Christian Academy's scoring with a layup. Ruby L scored a two point basket, and Laikyn L. scoring a layup as well. Zoe Hall drained a free throw.

In the second half, Mollie Sasser fired a 3-pointer and scored a layup. Tinsley Allen scored a two point basket. Keri Burgess knocked down two free throws and scored a layup.

Angelina Jones rained in 4 points off of two layups. Mae Valentiner hit two free throws with Harper Allen scoring a layup. Zoe Hall added in a two point basket to finish the night with 3 points.

Emereau will close out their season against Old Main Stream Academy at home as they honor their 8th graders that will be moving to high school. Games will start at 4pm as the girls kick off the action, with the boys to follow aroud 5pm.
