Middle School Boys Basketball: Emereau Bladen 46, Old Mainstream Academy 11.

Elizabethtown, NC - As Emereau celebrated their 8th grade night on Thursday evening, Mark’Kus Bass tossed in 8 of his game-high 12 points in the opening quarter to lead Emereau Bladen to a 46-11 middle school boys basketball victory over Old Mainstream Academy of Pembroke.

The Aviators grabbed early leads of 13-2 and 25-2. Cayden Smith popped in 6 points for the Aviators, and Lakota Schmale netted 5 points.

Avery McKinley and Jayden McKoy scored 4 points, with Bryson Britt dropping 3 points, and much of the team scoring 2 points of their own to balance out the scoring effort.

Emereau will end their season with a strong record of 9-2.
